Refund Policy
All packages and support tiers are non-refundable and considered voluntary contributions for the maintenance and improvement of our community. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for temporary disruptions in gameplay, and members who violate community rules and are subsequently banned are not eligible for refunds. However, please reach out to our Support Team in Discord if you have any concerns. Sunshine State Roleplay reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
Chargeback Policy
If you chargeback you will automatically lose access to your subscription, and could face disciplinary action within Sunshine State Roleplay. You also can and will lose the ability to purchase items or packages in the future. In the event that a chargeback was made on accident, please reach out to our Support Team in Discord to have your situation reviewed.
